Not to worry even if you do not know Chinese. Taobao has pretty much very power features to help searcher search for product with ease. It is really very advance shopping platform that I ever use before. The things are so cheap on Taobao that it make economical sense to simply learn how to buy on Taobao.

Use Google Language Translate
Somethings we just do not know what the Chinese name of the item that we want to buy. One way is to use a Google Translate app to convert the English name into Chinese. Paste the translated name onto Taobao app. It may search out other relavent Chinese keyword to help us better find what we wanted.

Use Google Keyboard (Voice to Text translator)
Voice to Text translator is useful when you know how to speak Mandarin but have problem remembering how to write out the Chinese words. You can simply install some of the keyboard software on your mobile smart phone. One of it is Google Keyboard. You can simply speak Mandarin and the Chinese character is typed out for you. Very very accurate. I use it pretty often.
Use ChatGPT
This is the most exciting technology of all. Using AI to help us find the product that we want in TaoBao. The process is so simple and intuitive. It is like chatting with your personal assistant who is like a Wikipedia god. You can ask whatever and the AI will respond back to you. It is shockingly accurate.
